Update

Training has been going well the last couple of weeks. A few nagging injuries have cleared up and we're back to tougher workouts. We moved back to a 14 step run last week without any problem. On Monday we got on bigger poles and started really getting lift and making bigger bars. It has been since May of 2007 since I have been on this long of a run. It's working out great and look to make some good bars in the coming outdoor meets we have planned.
