We had another good session Thursday. Took a few jumps from six steps and moved back to eight steps. Jumped on a 15 ft./ 17.7 flex holding 14.2 ft. Hitting the bottom much harded and all around better technically. I am starting to get my legs back in jump shape and taking more jumps each session. It was a good session to build on.
Today was my first jump session in 30 days. We went from 6 steps and took ten jumps. Kept it pretty easy and finished on a 15ft 19.8 pole with a 13.9 grip. Technically it went okay for the first day and looking foward to the next session in a couple of days.
It has been a while since my last post. Duing the last month I tore some fascia on the bottom of my foot. We had to let it heal and get creative with workouts to stay in shape. I'm back running full speed now and will start back jumping on Wednesday.
