Update

Had a productive training week. Still progressing with speed workouts and improving technically vaulting. The warm weather seems to be a catalyst. This week we timed up the vault really well and caught the ride better than ever. Getting ready to open up at the end of April and work our way through the summer. Still working on a definate schedule. With the gas prices rising we are looking to stay close in the spring and make some big trips this summer.
